GENERAL INFORMATION

General - Little Bentley is a small quiet village with a pub and a church and is only about a mile from the A120, which provides fast access to Colchester (about 8 miles away) and Harwich, Frinton-on-Sea and Clacton-on-Sea. Fast commuter links to London are provided from either Manningtree or Colchester North.

Equestrian – There is good safe riding available a short distance down the quiet lane, with much of it off-road. East Anglia Farm Rides operate in the area and for £12 per month provide a good number of rides. Also, once over the A120, there is a lot of good hacking.

Services - Oil fired central heating, mains electricity and water are connected. Currently private drainage, however, mains drainage is currently being installed (completion Feb 2007).
