East Anglia Equestrian estate agent Hayley Brown has successfully completed the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) Diploma in Residential Estate Agency (Dip REA), making her one of the most highly qualified estate agents in Britain. NFoPP introduced Diplomas at the beginning of 2005 as part of its programme to raise standards of professionalism in estate agency through recognised professional qualifications, and the Diplomas are the highest level vocational qualification currently available to those working in the industry. Hayley, who is a director of regional equestrian estate agents ‘East Anglia Equestrian Properties’ is one of a select band who has successfully completed an NFoPP Diploma to date. Hayley’s motivation to become one of
the highest qualified estate agents in the country? “In an industry where
no qualifications or experience are required, with a terrible reputation for
sharp practices and dishonesty, my ambition since founding EA Equestrian in

Her commitment to high standards is evidenced by her achievement, which we have recognised by inviting Hayley to be a 'Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents' (FNAEA) our highest membership status.” The NFoPP Diplomas have been accredited by the Qualifications & Curriculum Authority (QCA), and they have more gravitas than any previous higher level qualifications in estate agency." The NFoPP Diploma in Residential Estate Agency is equivalent to an HND or a foundation degree and comprises units on: Estate Agency Practice and Valuation; Legal Aspects of Estate Agency; Domestic Building Design, Construction and Repair and Business Organisation as well as a project on a topic relevant to the candidate's business or the industry as a whole. |
