From 21st May 2010 HIPs were suspended indefinitely with a view to scrapping them completely.

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is still required. All of our property listers are accredited domestic energy assessors
so we will prepare that for you Free Of Charge when we take on the property. The EPC is valid for three years.
